Vegan Gyros

vegan gyros

As promised, here is the second recipe using my Vegan Tzatziki. Ever since I started using jackfruit, I’ve found it more and more simple to create plant based versions of recipes that are usually made with meat like this vegan gyros!

Apart from the meat, this recipe is pretty traditional: lettuce, tomato, cucumber, tzatziki and fries (baked not fried). In the end, I think I managed to make this fast-food recipe healthy and personally we loved it!

If you make my vegan gyros don’t forget to tag me on Instagram as @berlinandcoconuts, I’d love to see your recreations!
