Recently I’ve been obsessed with Japanese food and I’ve been going a lot to Ramen X Ramen for the best vegan ramen in town. I also have a thing for miso at the moment, and we’ve been cooking everything miso at home, from potatoes to aubergines.
Miso is such a useful ingredient to have in your repertoire; it’s an instant flavour shot that can take an already promising dish to the next level. I’m a fan of avocado toasts, they’re a good option for a quick snack or a lunch when you’re not feeling too hungry. But with the addition of some miso, lime and shichimi togarashi it turns into something with a ton more character. I’m hooked! I love these misocado toasts and I’m sure you’ll be a fan too. Let me know in the comments if you try it out!
If you make this miso avocado toast, don’t forget to tag me on Instagram as @berlinandcoconuts, I’d love to see your recreations!
